14-Day REBOOT – Day Three Dinner
If you want a quick fix of your leafy greens than this recipe will only take you 10 minutes and it will give you more than the daily requirement that you need. Not only is this healthy but so tasty. The flavor combination is simple but it does just enough to bring the natural flavors of these vegetables to another level.
**This is a side dish for a steak dinner on the Reboot Plan. 10 minute side dish.

BRUSSELS SPROUTS & KALE
½ lb. brussels sprouts
1 handful kale, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1-2 Tbls. Coconut oil
Wash and prep vegetables. Trim brussels sprouts and cut in half, de-stem kale, and chop.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt coconut oil and add brussels sprouts. Cook covered for 10 minutes until they are bright green and starting to get tender.
Add kale, salt, pepper, garlic and 1 Tbls. water. Immediately cover and reduce heat to low.
Let sit for 5 minutes and serve with a lemon wedge.
Serve as a side dish next to a delicious grass-fed steak. Grill it, broil it … savor it!
