14-Day REBOOT – Day One Lunch
Simple, light and delicious. Your transition from your previous diet to the 14-Day REBOOT plan doesn’t have to be torture. The REBOOT APPROVED (RA) food list is actually quite substantial! It’s all in how you look at it. A healthy mindset realizes that your body deserves the best. Your journey through the next 14 days will reveal some of Earth’s best fuel for a healthy lifestyle. And your healthy lifestyle will enable you, empower you to live out your unique purpose.
This amazing lunch doesn’t really need a recipe. It’s an easy formula for a satisfying meal. But I will provide an addition you can use once you are off the REBOOT and on to the FuN plan.

GARDEN SALAD WITH WILD CAUGHT CANNED TUNA
Start with any leafy greens or a mix.
Add as many REBOOT approved veggies as you’d like
Olives add great flavor and nutrients
Top with a half can of wild caught tuna (or salmon)
Drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper
Serve with a lemon wedge for squeezing
FuN Plan Addition: Mash up white cannellini beans, add some olive oil and lemon juice to create a mayonnaise-like mixture. Stir it in with your tuna for the best tuna ever. Raw feta cheese adds some great pizzazzz!
