Their powers fight off inflammation, high blood pressure and disease – including heart disease and cancer.
Salmon is a healthy source of fat that provides so much flavor and is so easy to prepare. You don’t need to be a chef or have much experience at all to prepare this amazing meal.

SIMPLE SALMON & BROCCOLI
1 lb Salmon, wild caught
2 broccoli crowns, chopped
Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt and pepper
Lay out on a sheet lined with aluminum foil
Cook for 10 minutes – while cooking, season the salmon with salt
Add the salmon to the aluminum cooking sheet
Cook all for 20 minutes
Squeeze fresh lemon over all before serving
