Why was the 14-Day Reboot Created?


Finding a nutritional lifestyle that is sustainable for myself, my wife and four kids has not been easy. Everything was quick fixes without lasting results. And more than just wanting results, I was looking for lasting changes of feeling healthy from the inside out; the way that God intended us to feel. When I was younger I struggled with my weight, and it led me down a very dark place. After overcoming this and helping others in their health journey has turned into my passion.  My desire is to help people achieve their goals, find healing and live their life to the fullest potential. That is when the 14 day reboot was invented.

See, I have been practicing chiropractic and functional medicine for over 12 years and I constantly have patients that come to me struggling to lose weight and struggling with their hormones. I did years and years of research and I have designed a simple, effective and long lasting program that detoxes the body, rebalances hormones and supports weight loss. So What is The 14-Day Reboot?

The 14-day reboot is a plan to help you lose weight, rebalance your hormones, and detox your body. I created this out of a need I was having in my own life and in the lives of many of my patients. So many people were trying to lose weight and eat healthier but it just wasn’t working or lasting. So in this plan you will go through 2 weeks of detoxing your body. Or in a way, setting it back into place, or balance. For 14 days you will go through a specific meal plan and supplement regime that detoxes your body.

This is important, because many of the health issues we have are because of an interference. Your body is trying to heal but something is in the way blocking it, so being able to detox helps remove any toxin that is harming your body. Then we fill your body with fuel, and specific nutrients and proteins that your body needs. This is teaching your body to burn fat for fuel, which is what we all want. Think of these 14 days as a re-wiring, re-training, a reboot!

Once you reboot your body then you can begin to incorporate other foods, and yes we have vacation meals. We don’t call them cheat meals, because I don’t want you to think you are cheating your body. You are allowed to have fun and enjoy food, just like when we go on vacation. We schedule it out, take a break, relax. Well, the same thing goes with a vacation meal. It is planned out for every once in a while, but then when it comes to going back to work, we get after it.

This is more than a plan or a program, it is a lifestyle. This is something you do every so many moths to give yourself a reboot, then you continue eating healthy. As you do this your body will listen and follow this new system. Your body will begin to heal itself from the inside out. I have seen incredible LASTING results from this. From patients having clearer skin, losing weight, getting of medication. They have had fewer headaches, better digestion. Their sleep has improved, their energy and cognitive function increased as well.
